1. Cop outs - These people have no goals and do not commit to anything.
2. Hold outs - People who are afraid and do not know if they can reach their goals.
3. Drop outs - People who move towards their goals, but then drop out when the going gets tough.
And finally.
4. ALL OUTS - These people set goals, commit to them and go ALL OUT to achieve them creating success.
